€60,000 January Rake Race Terms & Conditions:
1. €60,000 January Main Rake Race Campaign is played between 31st December 2011 and 31st January 2012. Only VIP points gained during this time are counted in these races.
2. This promotion is only for certain sites within Entraction network, not for the entire Entraction network.
3. All players will automatically participate in €60,000 January Main Rake Race.
4. €60,000 January Main Rake Race Campaign prizes are paid according to the leaderboard.
5. €60,000 January Main Rake Race Campaign results and prizes will be announced by 24hPoker. The results are final.
6. The prizes of the €60,000 January Main Rake Race Campaign are paid out according to the leaderboard to the player’s account during the next weekday or at latest within three days from the end of each race.
7. The prizes of the €60,000 January Main Rake Race Campaign are not deductable from other possible bonuses.
8. Only one prize per player will be paid for both the €60,000 January Main Rake Race and €20,000 January Low Limits Rake Race. Player won’t receive prizes from both races in the same period, only the higher prize will be paid.
9. According to the network’s rules, all collusion play is strictly prohibited. If any evidence arises about collusion play, the player’s account will be closed and no promotion payments and other bonus payments are made.
10. If a player is disqualified from the €60,000 January Main Rake Race Campaign, the whole leaderboard will be shifted up with one place.
11. In case of a tie between players final score, an average amount of their combined prizes will be paid out.
12. Poker account cannot be utilized for the €60,000 January Main Rake Race Campaign purposes for more than 16 hours per day. If evidence arises that a poker account has been used more than 16 hours per day for the €60,000 January Main Rake Race Campaign, the account will be disqualified from the race.
13. 24hPoker reserves the right to reasonably use player’s nickname for marketing purposes and in future promotions without additional compensation.
14. 24hPoker reserves the right to cancel or withdraw the promotion or change the criteria for the promotion at any time regardless of any information given in the beginning of the promotion.
