Hello all,
After the first unsuccessful week at the wsop and 3 weeks back home with no poker ( health reasons) I decided not to miss to main event and headed back to Las Vegas for a shot at glory..

Iregisteredin the first mega satellite @ $550 and saw 453 other players do the same ( sweet), the prize pool allowed 20 seats for the main event and $5200 for 21st. I had a rough start, a bad beat cut my chip count in half. Down to 2k, I baby sit my short stack throughout the tourney seeing no cards for the whole day and went down to $1900.

When the blinds were 1500-3000 I didn’t have enough to post the BB and by miracle everybody folded to the small blind who completed the 400 to play heads-up. I won that hand with king high, won the next hand, and with my new 12k woke up with QQ against JJ and 10-10 to triple up to 35k (with the antes). With 51 players left I felt that I had a good chance and few minutes later I pushed with AK and got called by AQ, the board bricked and Suddenly, I was at 82k. 25 players left, I played very carefully, folding JJ and 10-10 to raises. I made it to the top 20 and won my seat for the Big Bang of world poker! thank God.

I played Day 1c and was card dead for the first 4 hours, I played literally only 2 hands and had to fold to big reraises. Down to 27k,
A player raised UTG and I called with AJ and flopped top 2, the raiser bet, I reraised and he called ( 2 diamonds on the board) turn diamond he bets, I flat call, turn nothing he bets again, I call and he shows….5-4 diamond!.. Raise UTG?? Is this the wsop main event? Well I was down to 15k and again, babysat my stack for the rest of the day without seeing a card. I ended the day with $18350 and made day 2 ( which is the goal of day 1) I hope my day 2 will be better on Friday.
